Andrew Roberts
Andrew brings a decade of marketing research experience to Greystone.Net, where he is the Healthcare Research Analyst. Andrew joins Greystone.Net from McKesson Provider Technologies in Alpharetta, GA, one of the largest players in the healthcare IT market. At McKesson, he was responsible for managing a variety of primary research projects including customer loyalty, new product concept testing, and market and brand perception. He specializes in utilizing customer feedback to help healthcare providers drive process improvement and ultimately improve financial performance. Prior to McKesson, Andrew was responsible for managing research projects across a number of industries with Polaris Marketing Research in Atlanta. He has an MBA with a concentration in Marketing Research from Goizueta Business School, and a BS in International Relations from Stanford University.
